The area around the cabin is rich in activities and experiences. You can go for long walks in the mountains, both in summer and winter, and explore the many trails in the area. In summer, there are lots of mullets on the mountain. Nearby you'll also find the Grønlitjønn circular trail, a slalom slope with two ski lifts and a farm shop where you can buy reindeer skins and sheepskins.

We are a family of four who have been vacationing for many years in beautiful Ljosland. We finally built our own cabin, which was completed in 2021, and now we want to share it with you. The cabin is modern but at the same time adapted to Norwegian mountain architecture. The owner is an architect and has designed and decorated the cabin according to modern principles, but with roots in Norwegian mountain architecture. We use the cabin regularly, but we also have the option of renting it out. We are an active family with work and studies, and we travel a lot to other places and cities.
