At an elevation of 900 meters, this fully modernized 200-year-old farmhouse offers unobstructed views of the countryside, the mountains, and—in the distance—the town of Mojácar and the Sierra Cabrera. With no neighbors nearby, the days pass without noise or traffic, surrounded by almond and olive trees as far as the eye can see.

The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, designed for groups of up to 10 people. The living areas and bedrooms are roomy, and the property includes all the modern amenities a large group might need for a restful stay.
