The house is situated on a charming property with a pond and a stream running alongside it. Two large terraces invite you to enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee and long summer evenings, while the children swing, balance on logs, and explore the spacious grounds. The sound of the stream and the birds creates a sense of tranquility that you feel immediately. On cooler days, the sauna extends your outdoor life in the most delightful way.

The kitchen and dining room form the natural heart of the house, where you gather around good meals and shared experiences. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and from the dining table you can enjoy the view of the greenery. Wooden floors, skylights, and high ceilings fill the house with light, air, and a warm atmosphere, where every room has been carefully designed.

Two of the bedrooms face the morning sun and have direct access to the terrace—perfect for a quiet moment with a good book. The ground floor also features a cozy bathroom and an additional restroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a small TV room and another bedroom. The materials and interior design combine to create the house’s unique ambiance, where you’ll quickly find peace and quiet.

The forests surrounding the house offer lovely walks, and during mushroom season, you can pick chanterelles and Karl Johan mushrooms for dinner. The swimming spot at Pickelsjön is just 7 minutes away, featuring a swimming pier and a sandy beach. In the area, you’ll also find Vittsjö Vineyard, Wanås Konst, and charming flea markets, while Mölle and Kullaberg are perfect for a longer day trip with dramatic coastline views and a porpoise safari.

Please note that the house has two steep staircases that cannot be cordoned off. This should therefore be taken into consideration if you’re traveling with small children.
