The house is situated on a charming property with a pond and a stream running alongside it. Two large terraces invite you to enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee and long summer evenings, while the children swing, balance on tree trunks, and explore the spacious grounds. The sound of the stream and the birds creates a sense of calm that is immediately noticeable. On cooler days, the sauna extends your outdoor life in the most delightful way.

The kitchen and dining room form the natural heart of the house, where you gather around delicious meals and shared experiences. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and from the dining table you can enjoy the view of the greenery. Wooden floors, skylights, and high ceilings fill the house with light, air, and a warm atmosphere, where every room has been carefully designed.

Two of the bedrooms face the morning sun and have direct access to the terrace—perfect for a quiet moment with a good book. On the ground floor, there is also a nice bathroom and an additional toilet. On the first floor, you’ll find a small TV room and another bedroom. The materials and furnishings combine to create the house’s special ambiance, where you can quickly unwind.

The forests surrounding the house offer lovely walks, and during mushroom season, you can pick chanterelles and porcini mushrooms for dinner. The swimming spot at Pickelsjön is just 7 minutes away, featuring a dock and a sandy beach. The area also features Vittsjö Vineyard, Wanås Konst, and charming flea markets, while Mölle and Kullaberg are perfect for a longer day trip with dramatic coastlines and porpoise safaris.

Please note that the house has two steep staircases that cannot be blocked off. You should therefore consider this if you are traveling with small children.

Please be aware that there is Wi-Fi in the house, but the connection is not quite as fast as you might be used to in town.
