The house is situated on a charming natural property with a pond and a stream running alongside it. Two large terraces invite you to enjoy quiet mornings with coffee and long summer evenings while the children swing, balance on logs, and explore the expansive grounds. The sound of the stream and the birds creates a sense of calm that is immediately apparent. On cooler days, the sauna extends your outdoor life in the most delightful way.

The kitchen and dining room form the natural heart of the house, where you gather for good meals and shared experiences. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and from the dining table you can enjoy the view of the greenery. Wooden floors, skylights, and vaulted ceilings fill the house with light, air, and a warm atmosphere, where every room has been carefully thought out.

Two of the bedrooms face the morning sun and have direct access to the terrace—perfect for a quiet moment with a good book. The ground floor also features a lovely bathroom and an additional toilet. On the first floor, you’ll find a small TV room and another bedroom. The materials and interior design combine to create the house’s unique ambiance, where you’ll quickly find yourself unwinding.

The forests surrounding the house offer lovely walks, and during mushroom season, you can gather chanterelles and porcini mushrooms for dinner. Pickelsjön swimming spot is just 7 minutes away, featuring a swimming pier and sandy beach. The area also includes Vittsjö Vineyard, Wanås Konst, and charming flea markets, while Mölle and Kullaberg are perfect for a longer day trip with dramatic coastlines and porpoise safaris.

Please note that the house has two steep staircases that cannot be blocked off. This should therefore be taken into consideration if you are traveling with small children.

Please be aware that there is Wi-Fi in the house, but the connection can be a bit unstable and is not quite as fast as you might be used to in the city.
