My name is Kirsten and I've been coming to the cottage since I was three years old. It was originally my parents', and like them, I also love the local environment and the friendships I've made there since I was young. The summer house means a lot to me and I love being here myself. It's always like taking a trip down memory lane because I came here so much as a child. Here I find that there is complete peace and quiet.
The area is really beautiful, and in the garden you can be lucky to see a deer, a hare or a badger. One of my favorite things to do is to walk along the beach to the lock or the marina Gyldendal. The water is clear and invites you for a refreshing dip - great with the new jetty just below the house. And then Kåshoved, the "mountain" and bike rides to Sønder Lem Vig and Spøttrup Borg are also worth a visit. The open-air museum Hjerl Hede is also a really nice place.
