Studio with private forest path by Lake Ölen

At the northern tip of Lake Ölen lies this unique studio, partly built from timber from the neighboring spruce forest. The handcrafted floor-to-ceiling mullioned windows create a seamless transition between inside and out, with afternoon light dancing through the rooms.

The open kitchen flows naturally into the living area, creating a social atmosphere. Two bedrooms with their own glass doors open up to the wooden deck, while a third bedroom in the loft offers a nice view of the house's social areas. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, complete the accommodation.

A beautiful patio with Gotland stone embraces the house and offers a perfect place for both morning yoga and evening dinners under the open sky. The plot is terraced on several levels where sheep from the neighboring farm sometimes graze peacefully.

From your own entrance to the forest, you can explore the adjacent nature reserve with its hiking trails. A short walk takes you to the private jetty on Lake Ölen, perfect for a morning dip or a breakfast of freshly bought farm eggs. In winter, the lake is transformed into a natural ice rink.
