The open-concept living room opens onto a panoramic terrace. The Majorelle and Jardin suites each have their own exterior entrance.

The main terrace features lounge chairs, outdoor sofas, a dining area for ten, a charcoal grill, and a pétanque court. The heated saltwater pool measures 8×4 m with a flat bottom, a safety cover, and a connected alarm. The landscaped garden spans 1,600 m².
