The air-conditioned living room opens onto the swimming pool through large bay windows. You will find a comfortable lounge, a large farmhouse table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a range. The master suite has a double bed and an open shower room. The east wing has two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The wood stove warms the atmosphere in winter.

Your private 1,000 m² garden features a secure 9 m diameter saltwater swimming pool. The terrace invites you to enjoy al fresco dining with its large table, plancha grill, and shade sail. Sun loungers await you by the pool. Hiking trails start right from the house, and the Bourg-Saint-Andéol farmers' market is held every Wednesday, just 5 minutes away.
