The air-conditioned living room opens onto the pool through large bay windows. You will find a comfortable living room, a large farmhouse table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a range. The master suite has a double bed and an open shower room. The east wing has two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The wood-burning stove warms the atmosphere in winter.

Your private 1,000 m² garden features a secure 9 m diameter saltwater pool. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining with its large table, plancha grill, and shade sails attached to the pergola. Sun loungers await you by the pool. Hiking trails start right from the house, and the Bourg-Saint-Andéol farmers' market is held every Wednesday, just 5 minutes away.
