With high ceilings and a view of the lock on the Sæby River, it's the perfect place to enjoy a stay filled with history and atmosphere. Snuggle up in the alcove, which doubles as 2 beds, and put a vinyl on the gramophone to experience over 300 years of industrial history in the impressive mill.
When staying at Saeby Watermill, you are free to use the lush garden that meanders along the Saeby River. Here you can enjoy the sight of lilacs, rhododendrons, roses, tulips, anemones, lilies, climbing hydrangea and lavender in the beautiful American garden chairs. Relax with the sound of the Watermill Lock in the background and dream back to another time.
There is plenty to see and do in the area. Enjoy your coffee in the cozy Orangery, take a walk on the historic lock, be impressed by the power of the river in all seasons, or take a walk down to the beach - right in the heart of the city. The water mill consists of two apartments, so the garden is shared with the other guests.

We are Anne and Niels. We love to travel and have lived in many different countries. The mill has been in our family for almost 100 years. We have newly renovated the watermill into 2 exciting houses, and we look forward to sharing Saeby Watermill with you.

Until 14 days before the arrival day, you may cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the arrival day or book 72 hours before the arrival day, you will not be refunded.
