This private pool villa is located between Pisa and Lucca, on an estate that extends for dozens of hectares. The stone building has been renovated in the Tuscan tradition, and offers an exclusive view of the Lucca plain. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and nature trails, you will find yourself in an oasis of peace where you can reconnect with nature and its rhythms.

The farmhouse has two floors with an entrance leading to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. WiFi, air conditioning, and satellite TV are available on both floors for your comfort.

The private outdoor pool with whirlpool is the ideal place to relax after a day of hiking.

Pool heating outside the standard season, an additional charge will apply. The cost to heat the pool outside of May–September is approximately €400–€600 per week. Non included and must be agreed directly with the owner.

The estate invites you to explore the numerous trails on foot or by mountain bike, where you can encounter foxes, deer, wild boars, and various species of birds in their natural habitat.

The strategic location allows you to reach Lucca, a city of art rich in history and historic villas, in just a few minutes. Pisa and Florence are easily accessible, as are the beaches of Versilia, Forte dei Marmi, and Viareggio. The Lucca area also offers spas and natural parks.
