Bad Seerose with Lake View, Pool & Sauna

Set in Bad Saarow Strand, this flat sits right on the shore of Lake Scharmützel—complete with a direct view of the lake, two balconies, and a rooftop terrace. In the morning, ducks, birds, and frogs accompany the sunrise over the water; in the evening, the light streams through the kitchen windows once more.

The spacious living and dining room features a comfortable couch, a lake view and a steam fireplace with changing colours. The kitchen's fully equipped, including a Quooker that dispenses still or sparkling water at the touch of a button. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort, while the air conditioning keeps you cool on hot days.

The lift takes you directly to the spa area, which features a sauna, indoor pool and gym – without having to go through the courtyard or the underground car park. After a sauna session, the garden's the perfect place to cool off. The rooftop terrace features a barbecue area and a lounge corner, which is also ideal for yoga or Pilates in the fresh air.

At Scharmützelsee, you can choose from stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, water skiing, and wakeboarding, and the lakeside promenade's perfect for walks. There's an extensive network of cycle paths in the area. In the evening, nearby restaurants beckon—or you can cook your own meal in the spacious kitchen.
