The house comprises two apartments under one gable, located directly next to each other. This makes it the ideal setting for larger families, couples who are friends, or small groups who want to spend time together – with plenty of space, opportunities for retreat, and privacy. The terrace and sauna are shared.

Both apartments feature open-plan living lofts with panoramic windows and well-equipped kitchens. Lounge areas invite you to relax. On the upper floors, the gallery bedrooms with large glass gables open up to the valley, complemented by additional quiet bedrooms with views of the forest and sandstone cliffs. Balconies and terraces extend the living space outdoors and offer impressive views.

The diverse garden below the house is a place of peace and enjoyment. Here you will find the panoramic sauna with a relaxation terrace, cooling shower, and concrete bathtub, a sunbathing lawn, and a natural fruit, vegetable, and herb garden with old varieties – harvesting is expressly permitted. Numerous idyllic spots invite you to linger and provide a habitat for many plants and animals.

Altleiningen is located in the middle of a picturesque forest and castle landscape with varied hiking and cycling trails. The castle swimming pool with sunbathing lawn is only 300 meters away. In the village, there are shops for daily needs, organic farms, a playground and water playground on the Eckbach stream, and several cafes and restaurants – some within walking distance, some a short drive away.
