Thatched roof house from 1850 near Arresø

You step into an authentic thatched house from 1850, where history lives on in the crooked walls and exposed beams. The ceilings are low and there is a very special atmosphere in the heart of the house, which consists of an open living room, kitchen, and dining room.

Inside, you will find a unique combination of preserved details and thoughtful interior design. The crooked walls and authentic materials create a special atmosphere that invites you to relax and immerse yourself in your surroundings. A loft ladder leads up to the former hayloft, which has been converted into a lovely sleeping area. The floors upstairs follow the original floor plan, and the original rafters tell the story of the house.

Outside, a large natural garden of almost 800 square meters awaits, most of which has been left wild on purpose. Here, the insects buzz and the birds sing—a small, quiet oasis in the middle of old Annisse, surrounded by other houses worthy of preservation.

The house is located just below Annisse Church. From the church, there is a fantastic view of Arresø. The shore of Arresø is a two-minute walk away. Here you can observe a rich bird life.

Visit the Garbolund vineyard, a ten-minute walk away, or drive to Tisvilde and Rågeleje in 15 minutes. Galleri Juul is also within walking distance.
