Set right on the lake, surrounded by 20 hectares of forest—this spacious, historic country house offers you nature on a scale you'll rarely find elsewhere. A 2-kilometre hiking trail winds through the property’s own wooded area along the lakeshore. A canoe and a Canadian canoe are waiting at the dock, and you can set a large wooden raft further into the lake if you'd like.
The property offers two accommodations. The holiday flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, and a bright kitchen-living room with a view of the forest and lake. The farmhouse has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a gas stove and an old wood-burning stove, a living room with a fireplace, and a library.
The garden features old fruit trees, wild rose hedges and berry bushes alongside well-manicured lawns. There’s plenty to discover at the fire pit with a swing grill, the trampoline and the ping-pong table in the barn. You can also use the sauna annex with a relaxation room. The Müritz National Park, with its walking and cycling trails, is about 15 km away; the Serrahn Forest Adventure Trail is highly recommended. The county town of Waren an der Müritz is about 10 km away—there you can visit the Müritzeum or take boat trips. Neustrelitz and the Ivenacker Oaks are other popular destinations. Upon request, we'll be happy to provide fresh bed linen for €15 per person.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

Highlights from Anna & Henrik
Host since September 2026
- Explore the 2-kilometre-long lakeside trail through our own 20-hectare forest
- Paddle out onto the lake in a canoe or Canadian canoe from your own jetty
- You'll visit the Müritz National Park, with its beech forests and guided tours, about 15 km away
We're Anna and Henrik, and we live in Berlin with our four sons. We bought this farm in 2017 and we've been steadily expanding it ever since. Since we love to cook, play, read and draw, the house is perfectly equipped for all of these activities.
