This former wool mill, converted in the 1920s, has welcomed generations of families. You will enjoy spacious rooms that allow everyone to live at their own pace: convivial moments around the large table or quiet retreats in the library.

On the ground floor, you will find a 50 m² vaulted kitchen with a table for 12 people, a living room with a pool table and smart TV, a library, and an office. The bedrooms upstairs each have a private bathroom and silent ceiling fans.

The large terrace overlooks the park, where a row of lime trees provides a shaded dining area. The 4 x 12 m swimming pool is located at the bottom of the grounds, surrounded by unspoiled nature that is home to exceptional birdlife.

The magnificent garden is Italian-inspired with its columns, fountains, and layout featuring cypress and olive trees.

Lake Salagou, located in a Natura 2000 area, is ideal for sailing and mountain biking on red earth. Canoe down the Hérault gorges, visit Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, discover Montpellier and Pézenas, or head to the beaches of Sète and Cap d'Agde.
