Fjord views between forest and beach

This house has been cherished by the same family for 50 years—and it shows. They've continuously expanded and connected it to other structures, so the floor plan's become a bit irregular and full of surprises. You'll spot the view of the Flensburg Fjord from many spots, and you'll find yourselves in a house with soul and care in every corner.

The house is divided into two wings connected by a sunroom in the middle. The kitchen retains its original character and is well-maintained, and the owners have chosen the furniture with respect for the house’s era and with a strong emphasis on comfort—soft sofas, plenty of pillows, and several wood-burning stoves. There’s plenty of room to settle in and feel that every detail’s been thought through to ensure your comfort.

The property's located halfway between Flensburg Fjord and a large forest. It's 200 metres to a swimming beach and 200 metres to Annie's kiosk, where you can get ice cream year-round. The nature surrounding the house is home to a rich variety of wildlife—in the morning, deer often appear on the property.

Gendarmstien's located 200 metres from the house and leads to Sønderborg through some of South Jutland's most beautiful scenery. The house is also situated halfway between Flensburg and Sønderborg, both of which have a lot to offer. You can do your grocery shopping at the nearby Rema in Kruså.
