With a decor mostly preserved from the 1930s, the house invites you to step back in time. Every room, large and small, offers views of the sea and you'll wake up to the most beautiful light.

Outside, indescribable beauty awaits. Enjoy an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the water, or find a spot on the hill by the flagpole where the sun stays longest. Beach life is just a short walk down the hill, and with a private road to the public stairs, you can often have the beach to yourself.

The area offers many activities. Go hiking in Mols Bjerge, try kayaking at Karpenhøj Nature Center, visit Ebeltoft for restaurants, shopping and culture, or head to Sletterhage Lighthouse for a unique experience. And at the end of the day, a home filled with warmth and history awaits you.

Please note that because this is an older house, the water supply comes from a private well, where there may be a slightly high level of nitrate, so it is recommended to use the water only for washing dishes and showering and to buy bottled water for drinking and cooking.
