Our names are Anna and René, and we have this lovely cottage in the soft hills of Mols Bjerge on a secluded, sloping plot directly down to a small lake. We love being in the cottage, as the cottage for us is a sanctuary for family fun and slow living.
The nature near the cottage is beautiful. The forests are great for hiking or running, and the Bronze Age hills Trehøje are the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. From Femmøller Strand we get our dips, and we often buy our breakfast bread from Simons Brød, an organic bakery in the village of Feldballe. When we visit Ebeltoft's old streets, we also enjoy good coffee at Apelgren Jordt on the harbor.

The house and property was even more beautiful in reality then in the pictures (which were of course also great). We loved the big garden. You could always find a spot to sit in the sun and we had afternoon picknicks down by the lake, camp fires and fun by playing in the garden or in front of the house. The nearby beaches are child friendly, clean and really not crowded. The house has everything you need and it's design is exactly our taste. Ebeltoft is a really cute little town and Aarhus is less than an hour with the car. The nature at Mols Bjerge reminded us of the shire in Lord of the rings, cause it is that beautiful. We just loved it.
