Modern cabin with sauna at the foot of Blefjell

Here you'll find a modern cabin with a smart floor plan—all on one level. Two bedrooms with room for more, plus two annexes for extra guests. The open-plan living room and kitchen create a natural gathering place, while the large veranda wraps around the entire cabin.

Inside, you'll find an airy and functional interior where the kitchen, dining area and living room flow naturally into one another. The open layout provides plenty of space for both everyday life and social gatherings. Outside, you'll find a porch on all sides of the cabin, perfect for morning coffee in the sun or an evening meal sheltered from the wind. The property offers several seating areas and fire pits, so you can choose your favourite spot depending on the weather. The newly built annex features a sauna and a hot tub out on the terrace. After a hike in Blefjell, you can warm up in the sauna or sink into the hot tub, surrounded by trees.

The cabin sits at the foot of Blefjell, right by Sandvatn. The lake's renowned for its superb swimming and fishing, often with warm water. From here, you'll find beautiful hiking trails in Blefjell, and you can take day trips to Rjukan, Gaustatoppen and Hardangervidda.
