Welcome to a charming mid-19th century farmhouse with timeless details. Here you are surrounded by flowers and a small forest with no close neighbors. The sandy beach and fishing village of Västra Näs are just a few minutes' walk away.
On the lower level, there is a kitchen, dining room, and living room, and you enter through a bright glassed-in porch. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom and a second living room with a sofa bed for two people. The interior preserves the history of the house with its old fireplace and wooden ceiling.
What we appreciate most is the large garden with many different relaxation areas facing different directions. At the back of the house is a large deck, perfect for meals and relaxing on the sofas. Surrounded by flowers and next to a small forest, it is a peaceful place to enjoy.
Cycle five kilometers to Sölvesborg with its restaurants and glass-bottom boats, or visit Mjällby in Hällevik, home to one of Sweden's best soccer teams. Blekinge offers fantastic outdoor activities with hiking trails, bike paths, and the archipelago off Karlshamn 20 minutes away.

We’re Stefan and Cecilia! Stefan has spent his summers here since the ’70s, and this was always a dream house we’d pass by. When we got the chance to buy it, we jumped at the opportunity. The farm is the first farmhouse built in the area in the early 1800s. In other words, the house is about 200 years old. The barn that now stands on the property was built in the 1970s, after the small barn that used to stand there burned down.
What we like most about the house—aside from the property, which we love spending time on—is that it’s just as close to the beach as it is to the harbor. During the day, whenever we feel like it, we spend time at the beach. We usually go for morning and evening swims from the harbor. It’s usually much quieter at the harbor, so we often bring some coffee and buns down there and sit and read and chat in the evenings.
Other things we appreciate about the house and the area are that right there, in the middle of the beach, there’s a restaurant/bar/kiosk that serves food and drinks every evening during the summer. Troubadours also perform several evenings a week. You can also bike along the bike path into Sölvesborg, where there are several cozy spots.
