Welcome to our charming 16th-century Tuscan country house, perfectly located in the hills north of Lucca. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this unique location offers unforgettable views of the valley.
Each of the three spacious apartments exudes Tuscan homely charm with exposed beams and modern comforts. The bedrooms are equipped with fans.

Apartment 2 - approx. 90 m², max. 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This apartment is located on the first floor.
Apartment 3 - approx. 105 m², max. 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This apartment is located on the second floor.
The area is ideal for families or couples traveling together, with separate sleeping areas in each apartment.
The outdoor area is a dream for every visitor. With a large terrace, a long table, barbecue equipment, and a flat green lawn, it is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun (the pool is accessible from April 18 to October 18). The friendly owner lives on the property and is very helpful with various requests and good advice.
The house is built on sloping ground, so the back of the house is accessed on the ground floor, but when you look out of the windows you are actually on the first floor. To reach the front door at the back of the building, you need to climb some stairs (with a railing) or a ramp. Once inside the apartment, there are no stairs.
The surrounding area is perfect for exploring. You are a short drive from Lucca and ideally located for trips to the sea and other Tuscan treasures. Local shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby village of Matraia, and there are several restaurants nearby.
