Cabin in the front row by the fjord in Hurum

This cabin is in a unique location right by the water. Listen to the waves lapping against the windows while you watch the boats and life on the fjord. The large terrace in front of the cabin offers lovely sunshine from morning to afternoon, and when the sun goes down, you can enjoy it on the rear terrace with an outdoor fireplace and dining area. End the evening with a bonfire and marshmallows.

The cottage offers a charming atmosphere while providing modern comforts with a bathroom, dishwasher, and a Cinderella toilet. The short distance to the water means you can take many swims during a long summer day while eating all your meals in the cottage. There is plenty of space around the cottage with a lawn that provides space for badminton or kubb. The protected area creates a peaceful setting for your stay.

A beautiful nature reserve is right outside the door with many trails up through the forest. The coastal path runs just below the cottage, where you can walk far along the coast of Hurumlandet. The stone beach is 75 meters away, and other beaches with shared bathing jetties are a 5-10 minute walk away. A 20-minute walk takes you to Knatvoldstranda campsite with a bathing beach, kiosk, and restaurant.

We have recently renovated the outdoor areas and the living room to make your stay even more comfortable. This means that the furniture may differ slightly from the pictures. In front of the cabin, you will now find a lovely sofa set and four armchairs, while the back has been furnished with a new dining table set. We have also added new, comfortable armchairs inside – perfect for long evenings with a book.
