We are Maria and Sebastian. We live at Nyhavn in inner Copenhagen together with our daughter Ella, the family dog Ludvig and soon a little brother on the way. We have always dreamed of a sanctuary away from the big city, where we can take a break from the sometimes hectic everyday life and be surrounded by light, air and nature. We renovated most of the cottage ourselves, so it's just the way it should be for us and our family.
What we enjoy most are warm summer days with a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the lake and beach trips to Udsholt Strand. We also often take a trip to Gilleleje and visit the Flea Market, buy local produce from the Meat Cutter, Ørby Garden Centre or the fishmonger, and we can recommend a trip to the farm shops Esthers Garage and Bakkegården.
