You'll have the house all to yourselves: it accommodates up to 5 people and includes private parking within the gated property.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen's fully equipped with everything you need, and the living room's the perfect place to unwind after a day out. The layout's practical and lets you move around comfortably.

The terrace and pool are for guests’ exclusive use. The owners don’t use these areas, so you can enjoy them in complete peace and quiet. Next to the pool, there’s a covered area for relaxing and a barbecue area where you can prepare fresh fish from the market.

The sandy beaches are about a 10- to 15-minute drive away. El Palmar, a surfer’s paradise with local spots and shops right by the sea, is about 15 minutes away. Conil de la Frontera, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is about 12 minutes away. Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most famous “white villages,” is also worth a visit.
