Thatched retreat between sea and Bodden

The Baltic Sea at your back and the endless Bodden landscape in view: On the Darß, guests enjoy unique impressions of nature between authentic fishing villages. From Heike's charming thatched-roof paradise, you can see the sun reflecting in the water and the sailing ships passing by on the horizon.

In an idyllic location, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Bodden on two levels. Soft colors, light wood and the orientation towards the water let you feel the immediacy of nature inside the house. The partly self-designed and custom-made furnishings exude a touch of exclusivity, but at the same time manage to envelop you in a cozy homeliness. The pleasant warmth created by the underfloor heating throughout the house also contributes to this.

On the first floor you are welcomed by an open living concept. Cooking enthusiasts get their money's worth in the kitchen and the large dining table with a view over the garden to the Bodden is a favorite place for socializing. You will be especially comfortable on the sofa, where you can enjoy the crackling fire in the fireplace. After a long walk on cold days, the sauna offers you well-deserved wellness and relaxation.

The upper floor is designed for sleeping: Up to 6 people can find a comfortable night's rest here in one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a "captain's room" with two bunk beds; this is especially popular with younger guests.

You can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony or make yourself comfortable on the terrace. The endless Bodden landscape lies at your feet, which can be explored on foot or by bike. Besides wonderful beaches, you will also find a lively art scene in the villages of Wustrow and Ahrenshoop, where you can stroll through the galleries.
