Our names are Mads and Helen.
We designed our holiday home ourselves, which was completed in the fall of 2021.
Since we came up with the ideas for all the details of the house ourselves, it is very personal and we love being here.
The bright decor, with warm soft colors and materials, makes us feel at ease as soon as we arrive.
Here, life is lived slowly inside and out. We cook good food and go for long walks in the hilly terrain and enjoy the beautiful views of Ebeltoft Vig.
We love the nature in the area. Mols Bjerge with its many hiking trails is often visited. We swim at the beach, which is a very short walk from our holiday home, but also often from the other good beaches in the area.
We often cycle to Ebeltoft and eat at one of the good restaurants. It is very easy to avoid the boring tourist food, because in Ebeltoft and the surrounding area there are several good restaurants that take pride in making good food of high quality.
Throughout the year, there are many different cultural offerings in the area.
We often visit Sølballegård in Mols Bjerge, Havmøllen on the coast facing the Kattegat and Maltfabrikken in Ebeltoft.
So when we've had enough of relaxing in the cottage, we eagerly throw ourselves into all the fantastic and varied opportunities for activity and wonderful experiences in the area.
Please note that we have a dog and cat that stay in the house when we are there.
