The beautiful cottage, 'Prinsessan', dates from 1956, and part of the woodwork and two inner doors are from a Finnish schooner that sank off the coast of Tejn. Now the house has been transformed into a colorful gem in Tejn. Wrap yourself in all kinds of patterned wallpapers and wall colors and be enchanted by the artwork painted on one of the bedrooms. The garden has the special touch of being hilly and rocky, which you can enjoy with your morning coffee.
The atmosphere and style of the house is true to its age, and is therefore filled with fun flea market finds that add edge and personality. You'll also find home-crocheted cushions and homemade joinery solutions.
You can also enjoy the sunrise from the terrace in the morning or relax to a sunset. When you need shelter but still want to feel the outdoors, head to the greenhouse. Here you can also eat your meals or enjoy a nice glass of wine on days when the weather is not with you. There are two annexes at the cottage, which cannot be used during the summer months. They will be closed from 1/11 to 1/5.
We prefer stays in our cottage to be from Saturday to Saturday. By agreement, it is possible to charge an electric car.

We love Bornholm and have roots here ourselves, so it made perfect sense to buy a holiday home on the sunshine island in 2014.
We love visiting our beautiful holiday home with our three grown-up children. The nature and atmosphere on Bornholm is incomparable, and Tejn itself offers a microbrewery, the island's best bakery and IsKalas just a few hundred meters from the cottage.
We also enjoy walks along the beautiful coastal path to Allinge, where we get morning coffee and crossaits from Næsgaarden. There are also several swimming spots on the route where you can take a morning dip. The guest also offers evening concerts from time to time, and it's always super cozy.
