Lovely summer house with an ocean view a few steps from the beach

Rarely do you find a cottage as close to the sea as this - just a few steps down the small footpath and the warm sand hits your toes. If you like winter swimming or summer dives at any time of day, this cottage is the place to stroll from your morning coffee straight down to a dip in the water. With its light bricks and fine mullioned windows, the cottage here is a wonderful place to spend a well-deserved break.

The cosy living room has a fireplace to warm up by after the winter snooze, and a larger conservatory for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. The house is around seventy square metres and, in addition to a new kitchen with everything you need, has a cosy bedroom and another room with a single bed, where there is the possibility of a guest bed.

You can enjoy the beautiful sea view of the small round bay by which the house is situated from the cosy surroundings of the cottage or gaze at the blue water while enjoying the summer weather outside. In front of the house you will find a lovely terrace, and as the plot is relatively large there is always the possibility to find a place with sun, shade or shelter to settle down.

While enjoying the sea view, you can barbecue on the terrace, play outdoor games in the grass or soak up the sun under the shade of the terrace's parasol, or you can take long lovely walks by the sea. In winter, you can also cosy up by the wood-burning stove while playing board games or reading a good book, which you will also find in the cottage.
