Cottage with direct ocean view

It is rare to find a summer house as close to the sea as this one – just a few steps down the small footpath and the warm sand will touch your toes. If you enjoy winter swimming or summer dips at any time of day, this summer house is the place where you can stroll straight from your morning coffee and dive right into the water. With its light-colored brick walls and elegant lattice windows, this cottage is a wonderful place to spend a well-deserved break.

The cozy living room has a fireplace where you can warm up after a winter swim, and a large conservatory where everyone can gather and enjoy each other's company. The house is about 70 square meters and has a new kitchen with everything you need, a cozy bedroom, and another room with a single bed, where a guest bed can be added.

You can enjoy the beautiful sea view of the small round bay that the house is located by from the cozy surroundings of the cottage or gaze at the blue water while enjoying the summer weather outside. In front of the house, you will find a lovely terrace, and as the plot is relatively large, there is always a place to sit in the sun, shade, or shelter.

While enjoying the sea view, you can barbecue on the terrace, play outdoor games on the lawn, or enjoy the sun under the shade of the terrace parasol, or you can go for long, lovely walks by the sea. In winter, you can also cozy up by the wood-burning stove while playing board games or reading a good book, which you will also find in the cottage.
