Idyll under tree crowns near Asserbo

A few steps from the fragrant conifers, green groves and small paths of Asserbo Plantation, this charming little A-cottage is ideal for a small family or a couple of friends traveling together. With its characteristic triangular shape, the cottage is full of hiding places and little nooks and crannies for play, fun and togetherness. Here you can relax under the roof in the loft or in the fine built-in beds, cook in the light from the large skylights and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere under the exposed beams and the pointed roof of the cottage.

The warm glow of the wood paneling on the walls, along with white and black painted details, give a distinctive look and atmosphere to the kitchen area, which is the heart of the cottage. The decor is cozy and personal with flea market finds, patterned textiles and delicate elm colors. The built-in bunks and beds in the living areas serve as extra sleeping spaces or soft oases where you can relax, read books or take a nap during the day.

From the cottage you have direct access to the large wooden terrace with a barbecue and a good selection of garden furniture, where you can soak up the sun and relax while the kids play in the garden. Both regular bikes and a cargo bike are available, making it a pleasure to ride through the plantation to the water. After a ten-minute pedal between the tree trunks, you'll reach the beach at either Stængehus or Lille Kulgab, where fine sand, play at the water's edge and the inviting, fresh sea of the Kattegat await you.
