Welcome to this spacious and cozy cabin in the heart of Sirdal, a place where nature meets comfort. The cabin has retained its traditional charm with the use of natural materials and wood, while offering an airy feel with high ceilings in the kitchen and living room. From the living room you can enjoy stunning views of snowy or green mountain peaks, depending on the season.
The interior of the cabin is characterized by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with an open plan that connects the living room and kitchen. This openness, combined with plenty of windows, allows light and nature to become part of the experience inside. The rooms are comfortably furnished to promote a sense of home.
The outdoor area offers sheltered seating where you can enjoy the tranquillity, surrounded by trees and with the chance to see animals such as sheep, hares and deer. It's also perfect for winter activities such as sledding and cross-country skiing, right from the cabin door.
The area around the cabin is rich in activities all year round. In summer, you can take a short walk to a local viewpoint, swim in the Nessefossen waterfall, or explore the Høyt og Lavt climbing park. In winter, cross-country skiing trails and slalom slopes are just minutes away. Don't miss out on a meal at Slottet, known for its stunning views and delicious food.

We're a family of four who love our cabin in Sirdal. We live in Stavanger, but spend a lot of time here, both summer and winter. In winter, we particularly like to go cross-country skiing right from the cabin, fire up the fireplace and just relax. In the summer, we often barbecue outside, swim in Nessefossen or elsewhere, and go for nature walks. In the fall, we enjoy picking blueberries, cloudberries and looking for mushrooms.
