The main building features a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining areas, both indoors and outdoors. Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms form the heart of this central space. A separate guest wing includes an additional kitchen with outdoor facilities and four more bedrooms, while the eighth bedroom is located by the courtyard, complete with guest parking.

The private garden surrounds the property, creating an oasis of tranquility with the pool at its center. The fenced-in area provides complete privacy, making it an ideal place to relax in the Salento countryside while enjoying easy access to nearby towns.
