The nearest neighbors are a horse pasture and a stream, and the house is located close to a white-sand beach in a protected forest area with surprisingly few people.

The open-concept living area spans the entire western length of the house and features a long table with a dining area facing south, a kitchen in the center, and a sofa nook facing north, where you can lounge by the window and watch the horses go about their leisurely lives. A wood-burning stove keeps you warm on chilly days.
