Wooden house with wild garden by Sejerø Bay

Welcome to a charming wooden house where nature and cosiness go hand in hand. Here you can experience an authentic holiday home with a distinctive character, where wood panelling both inside and out creates a warm atmosphere and where the windows invite nature inside.

The interior features a cozy kitchen connected to the living room, where a wood-burning stove spreads warmth on cool days. Here you will experience simple, cozy, and authentic cottage life.

The large wooden terrace is the natural gathering place of the house with a dining table, gas grill, and a real pizza oven. Here you will also find a cozy Mexican clay oven that will keep you warm on summer evenings. The garden is deliberately kept wild with mowed paths that lead you between the berry bushes and to the atmospheric fire pit.

The house is a short distance from the bathing jetty at Sejerø Bay, where you can enjoy the sun on the green area. Explore the nearby butterfly forest, visit Kalundborg's charming shopping district with its local brewery, or explore Røsnæs' beautiful nature and hiking trails.

Please note that the house is equipped with a mini oven and an air fryer.

Florahus can sleep a total of 6 people, distributed as follows:

2 people can sleep in a comfortable, firm double bed in the bedroom, where you can close the door and be by yourselves.

two people can sleep on the open loft on comfortable spring mattresses on the floor—the mattresses can be used as single beds or placed side by side to form a double bed. If you are going to sleep on the loft, you must be able to climb up and down a ladder.

two people can sleep on daybeds (as soft as a good foam mattress) in the living room, which shares space with the loft.

Hot tub

Florahus has an inflatable hot tub, which can be used for an additional fee.

The hot tub can accommodate up to six people and is wonderful both with and without the bubbles turned on.

It is located on the terrace so that (on a clear night) you can enjoy both the stars and the moon when darkness falls.

It is not unusual to be able to see the Milky Way with the naked eye if you keep the lights in the house off.

If you wish to use the hot tub, there is an additional charge of DKK 1,000 per stay.

This is because there is a lot of extra work involved in starting it up, cleaning it after use, and the water and electricity consumption for heating.

The extra payment must also be sent directly to me (as agreed with Landfolk).
