This house, part of a farmhouse, is set among terraced olive groves, powered by solar energy and fed by mountain spring water. Every element tells a story—from hand-painted bedroom murals to artisan-crafted marble worktops and a 200-year-old wood-fired pizza oven ready for your evening feast.
Interior designer Emanuela Vicario has colour-coordinated each space and added her signature murals to the bedrooms. Local artisan Roberto Pelegrini handcrafted the kitchen and outdoor tables, while the marble surfaces were cut and shaped by skilled craftspeople from the region.
The terraced olive grove surrounds you, supplying organic oil pressed from centuries-old trees. A shared swimming pool sits amid the grounds, and the original stone pizza oven waits beneath open skies. Walking trails wind directly from your door into forested hills dotted with ancient monuments.
Pisa and its Leaning Tower stand just 20 minutes away, as does the art city of Lucca. Walk 10 minutes to Villa Poschi restaurant, drive 10 minutes to the thermal baths of San Giuliano Terme, or reach sandy Tirrenian beaches in 30-40 minutes. Florence sits an hour beyond.

Get a full refund if you cancel up until 30 days before check-in.
You may cancel your booking within 48 hours after receiving a booking confirmation or until 30 days before the arrival day for a full refund. Until 14 days before the arrival day, you may cancel for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the arrival day or book 72 hours before the arrival day, you will not be refunded.
