Original and atmospheric holiday home in the heart of Tisvildeleje

Here you can enjoy the feeling of absolute privacy on the green, secluded plot, even though both town and beach are just a five-minute walk away.

The main house dates from 1924 and is in many respects in original condition. Stay in the spacious living room with bookshelf, wood-burning stove, games and creative cabinet in direct extension of the large open kitchen, carefully updated with modern conveniences. From the entrance hall, stairs lead up to the upper floor, where you'll find a charming alcove, a smaller room and the master bedroom with a clawfoot bathtub, exposed beams and a balcony overlooking the garden.

There are three more 'houses' in the grounds, each with their own charm; the brick guesthouse facing the courtyard, surrounded by lilacs, cherry trees and climbing roses, the annex in the garden, completely covered in climbing plants, and the converted shed at the far end of the grounds.

Outside the gate is Tisvilde Hegn, which is an adventure in both summer and winter. This is also where you'll find Skolestien, the green shortcut to the beach. In addition to sea and forest, Tisvildeleje has everything you need all year round, with several restaurants and cafés, no less than three ice cream parlors, fish truck, grocery store, specialty shops and of course the obligatory flea market every weekend during the summer months, all within walking distance. During the cozy winter months, the house is best suited for 10 people.
