When you enter the cabin, you are greeted with beautiful light. The large windows let nature right into the living room, and the space on the windowsill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the mountain lake is the family's favorite spot. The cabin has beautiful details and clean lines, while the homely cabin feel embraces you whether you're inside or outside.

The kitchen has a beautiful view, where you can really enjoy cooking together and have everything you need for an unforgettable evening. Take a break from your home office at one of the fold-down desks and enjoy the tranquillity of the mountain.

Valdres is full of great fishing opportunities if you buy a fishing license, and the hosts have several favorite spots they can recommend. The pond below the cabin is one of them and Tisleia, located between Leira and Gol a half-hour drive from the cabin, is also a good place to cast your line.

All in all, there are many great ways to experience nature in the area, whether you like fishing, swimming, climbing, cycling or hiking in the mountains. You can even play golf nearby. In winter, you can visit Valdres Alpinsenter and the mountain is full of great ski trails. If you want a long trip, you can ski all the way to Beitostølen.
