This loft in Bavaria, spanning approximately 125 m², is anything but ordinary: an open-concept living, dining, and sleeping area, plenty of wood, and carefully selected materials that give the space a character all its own.
The spacious, open living area offers sleeping accommodations for a total of five people: the lower level features a cozy double bed and a sofa that sleeps three. A loft leads to two additional sleeping areas under the roof.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors directly connect the interior and exterior. When open, they lead out to the water lily pond, the terrace, and the garden with its Mediterranean flair. Large windows ensure the rooms are bright all day long. The Ooni pizza oven, an Italian portafilter espresso machine, and a sink mounted on a restored sewing machine stand round out the picture.
The Huaba-Alm is within walking distance of the loft and is known for its Kaiserschmarrn and views of the surrounding mountains. The Gindelalmen can also be reached on foot or by bike—a peaceful place to experience the region’s natural beauty.
You can bike to Schliersee, where you can swim out to Wörth Island and enjoy the crystal-clear water. The region is considered one of the most beautiful in Bavaria and offers plenty of variety among its alpine pastures, lakes, and mountains.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

Welcome to our home!
We’re Sandra and Alex, and we’re excited to share our little oasis of well-being with you. This loft is a very special place for us—one we’ve designed with a lot of heart, attention to detail, and great passion. Every room tells a piece of our story and reflects our enthusiasm for natural materials, light, and a harmonious living experience.
We love this bright, light-filled loft with its open layout and warm wooden elements, which create a truly special atmosphere. Here, we enjoy the peace and quiet, the closeness to nature, and the little moments that help us slow down from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We love nothing more than to let our minds—and sometimes our feet—dangle in the water lily pond, listen to the sounds of nature, and recharge our batteries.
It’s a matter close to our hearts that our guests feel welcome and completely at ease from the very first moment. We hope you’ll find peace here, enjoy the loft’s special atmosphere, and experience unforgettable moments.
A warm welcome—we look forward to welcoming you as our guests!
Warm regards, Sandra & Alex
