Apartment with stucco and balcony, Copenhagen

This luxury apartment from the 1910s is located in a quiet neighborhood in Copenhagen, just 15 minutes from Rådhuspladsen. It has been modernized and is very bright, with a balcony that catches the afternoon and evening sun.

The ceilings are high—3.2 meters—and every room features unique stucco work preserved from the original apartment. The kitchen has been expanded to include a dining area, providing plenty of space to gather around the table without feeling cramped.

The balcony is a great place to sit as the sun moves toward the west. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Landbohøjskolen garden is an ideal spot for a walk, as are the playgrounds at Danas Plads and near the local school.

Gammel Kongevej and the intersection at HC Ørsteds Vej offer cafés and restaurants, including Union Kitchen with a bar and outdoor seating. There’s also a local sourdough bakery nearby, and the Palads and Imperial movie theaters are just ten minutes away.
