We are a family of five, two adults and three beautiful kids. Søren is a teacher and Annelise works in management. In a busy everyday life, where the word "hamster wheel" probably best describes our situation, our summer house is a breathing space for us. Things are different here than at home, where new construction, technology, efficiency, straight lines and structure take up most of the space. in the summer house, on the other hand, it's all about coziness, intimacy and slow living. When we're in nature and at the beach, we just breathe better.
When we're in the cottage and not relaxing at the house and in the garden, we like to explore. There is 3-400 meters of a beautiful nature trail along a small stream down to the beach, where we love to be. One kilometer from the cottage is Farm Fun, where we have also spent many fun hours. We also like to drive to Skagen (approx. 20 km), where we visit Grenen and the delicious fish restaurants. The west coast beach (15 km) is also worth a visit, as are Ålbæk dune plantation, the eagle sanctuary and the impressive Råbjerg Mile.
