New build house with enclosed garden in Brittany

This contemporary home, built in 2025, features a refined nautical style; it's bright, well-equipped, and designed entirely with families in mind. The enclosed garden opens onto the Aber Benoît inlet; the neighbourhood's quiet, and guests recommend Béniguet Beach for children.

On the ground floor, the living room, dining room, and large, well-equipped kitchen form a spacious living area, complete with a WC and access to the laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. We've provided a safety gate at the top of the stairs, a step stool, and beach toys for the little ones.

The fully fenced property features two terraces and offers a view of the Aber Benoît inlet. The nautical decor lends a warm, cohesive feel to the entire space. A convenience store you can reach by car makes everyday shopping a breeze.

The Abers coast features small ports such as Aber Wrac'h, Portsall, and Lanildut; Île Vierge, with its two lighthouses—one of which is the tallest in Europe; and the GR34 walking trail. Two surf schools, as well as kayak and bike rentals along the Véloroute 4, round out the options. The markets in Saint-Renan on Saturdays and in Lannilis on Wednesdays bring the region to life every week.
