Country house with preserved charm in Kullabygden

We celebrated Christmas with the family in the cottage, and it was nice and warm when we arrived. The farmhouse is cosily furnished with respect for the age of the house. The ceilings are low. There is a very steep staircase to the first floor and high doorsteps, so the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The kitchen is not very large and there is no room for your own food in the cupboards, so the kitchen table is quite full, which makes cooking more difficult. There is no scale, large sieve, or thermos, which makes staying for Christmas more difficult by Danish standards. We had to buy a thermos, as we are a coffee-drinking family. Cold air came in through the patio door in the kitchen, and in addition to heat loss, it was very cold to stand in the kitchen. That said, it is the cutest farmhouse in the world, well furnished, with plenty of space and a fantastic view. We had the coziest Christmas and Christmas days; you can't help but enjoy yourself in such beautiful surroundings.
