This venerable forester's lodge offers you a spacious vacation apartment over two floors with historic charm and modern comforts. The house, which will be completely renovated in 2022, is located on the Harzer Hexenstieg trail and is surrounded by a fully fenced property. Horses graze in the neighboring paddock all year round and enjoy looking over the fence.
The bright and friendly apartment extends over two floors with two shower rooms and three toilets. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a 90 cm Smeg stove, dishwasher, and Moccamaster coffee machine. In the basement, you will find a spacious sauna area with a shower and relaxation loungers, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
The large garden surrounds the entire house and offers several areas to sit and relax. The paved courtyard has space for 3-4 cars. Opposite is a large historic barn with workshops and seminar rooms. Next to it, an open pavilion invites you to barbecue and eat under cover.
Directly above the house is the Jordanshöhe with extensive mountain meadows for walking and hiking. The Harzer Hexenstieg and DSV Nordic Walking Trails pass directly by the house. In winter, you can start directly from here on the cross-country ski trails above and around Andreasberg. The Upper Harz National Park is immediately adjacent.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.
