Unique renovated country house with its own forest on Bornholm

Welcome to a very special holiday home experience on Bornholm, where cultural heritage and Scandinavian minimalism meet. This beautiful house has been lovingly restored with respect for Bornholm tradition and offers an authentic atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else.

Inside, you'll find a charming country kitchen that is the heart of the house. With high panels, built-in shelves and a coffee cabinet, it's perfect for cozy cooking evenings. All bedrooms have hand-carved coat hooks and benches, and the decor is a harmonious mix of antique finds and design classics from Fritz Hansen.

Outside you'll find a sea of lounge furniture, placed where the day naturally offers sun for morning, noon and evening ambience. Across the stream is a bridge and private forest for lots of play.

Children will love the large, hidden trampoline, tree house and the many trails in the private forest. There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy fresh currants, rhubarb and apples straight from the garden.

The area offers unique nature experiences such as Denmark's largest waterfall at Døndaleåen and the beautiful rift valleys in Spellinge Mose. For those seeking cultural experiences, Gudhjem, Allinge and Sandvig are just a short drive away, filled with all the best Bornholm has to offer.

In true island style, we have chosen to have a separate toilet, as this solution is the most environmentally friendly. But otherwise you'll find all modern conveniences, with a lovely shower, large Ilve gas stove, dishwasher and more. The farm also has an outdoor shower if you really want to be transported back to the old days.
