Authentic island life in the red cabin

In the south lies the beautiful island of Vestre Sandøya. On the east side of the island is Øytangen, and here, with an absolutely beautiful view of the sea, you will find this nice, red cottage. The cabin is divided into a main house and an annex, so there is plenty of space for you to invite many people on a cabin tour and together enjoy the authentic cabin life in the cozy cabin with personal furnishings.

In the main house, the cottage's natural focal point is the large kitchen-living room. Here, the room opens onto the large windows and the fantastic view, while the homely furniture creates a warm atmosphere around you. Light the fireplace and enjoy the beautiful light with a view of both sunrises and sunsets. The sofa corner is suitable for both reading a good book or playing games together, while the kitchen provides good conversation and cooking together.

On the terrace you can prepare fish and shellfish in the practical outdoor kitchen, which is even under cover. Here you can gather for delicious barbecued food to the sound of lapping waves, or sunbathe on the warm rocks. In the annex, the overnight guests can make themselves comfortable, and directly below the cabin you will find the private jetty. Jump into the sea and warm yourself around the outdoor fireplace in the evenings. You can also experience the nature around the cabin from a boat, when you row out on the water to explore the fjord.
