The house exudes authenticity and family history, where every nook and cranny tells its own story. The well-preserved atmosphere is combined with modern conveniences, giving you the best of several generations under one roof.
On the 3,300 m² plot, you will find countless cozy corners among the old trees and bushes. There is room for ball games in the garden and hide-and-seek behind the lush bushes, all while enjoying the total privacy that the large grounds offer.
From the house, you are only a stone's throw from the beach, and with just a 15-minute walk you can reach Sejerø Bay. Explore the local harbor town, where you can catch crabs and buy the catch of the day at Odden Fisk, or explore Odsherred's many attractions such as Sommerland Sjælland, Dragsholm Castle, and the charming shops in Nykøbing Sjælland.
