Loft with designer pieces on a former pony farm
Schleswig-Holstein
Apartment

The bright loft on a former pony farm combines Scandinavian design with a personal touch. Each room is individually furnished and decorated with artwork, vases, and candlesticks belonging to the hostess. The high ceiling in the living room and the south-facing Velux window create an airy atmosphere.
The elongated floor plan with light wooden floorboards leads through various areas: in the large living room, you will find a seating area and an oak table for eating and playing together. The small kitchenette offers everything you need for cooking. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and bidet, as well as a guest toilet, are also included.
The three rooms offer different views: of the large communal garden, the natural stone-paved courtyard with flowering meadow, or the treetops of the front garden. In summer, you can spend your days in the garden, use the courtyard sauna in the evening, and even take riding lessons. Please note that the garden may be shared with the neighbors. The sauna for your personal time out is located in the main courtyard. It is a communal sauna that can be used for a small extra charge.
The rural location offers peace and quiet and a wide range of activities: hike or explore the area by bike, visit the swimming lake just 3 kilometers away or the Boxberg. You will find great restaurants in the surrounding villages, and Hamburg, Lübeck, and Kiel are not far away.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

I am a tableware designer and live on this former pony farm. We converted the loft in 2020 and have been hosting vacationers, workshop participants, and trail riding guests ever since. I enjoy decorating the rooms with my own designs.
