Renovated farmhouse in the Marche countryside

This country home sits between the historic villages of Moresco and Montefiore in the Valdaso Valley, and we've renovated it between 2024 and 2026. We've furnished the interiors with carefully selected vintage designer pieces and finished them with exquisite details. The 13 hectares of land, with centuries-old olive trees and oak groves, ensure complete privacy.

The house spans two floors and measures approximately 180 square metres. The ground floor features a living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, a bathroom, a study, and a laundry room. The first floor includes three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a yoga and meditation room. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace. The study's equipped with a sofa bed and can be used as an additional bedroom. Outside, there's a large covered veranda with space for relaxation and a spacious green area. From here, you can easily access the property’s century-old olive groves, which are part of the organic farm that's gradually being restored with olive trees, ancient orchards, and plans for lavender cultivation.

The Valdaso Valley stretches like a green corridor from the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea and it's often described as the garden of the Marche region. Moresco's the nearest village and one of the most beautiful in the area, but it’s worth exploring them all. The Adriatic Sea's 10 km away, and the Sibillini Mountains National Park's about a 50-minute drive.
