The cottage is situated on a large, natural lot of 3,500 m², where you can enjoy the tranquility and the sea air, surrounded by birdsong and fragrant vegetation.

Inside, there is complete tranquility, and the house has been fully renovated with respect for its original charm. The spacious layout accommodates the whole family, while the windows frame the ocean view and the changing light throughout the day.

The large natural lot offers plenty of space for play and outdoor activities. Enjoy the long summer days on the terrace and fire up the house’s gas grill in the evening.
