You will stay in a detached house in the heart of a private estate, below the medieval city of Carcassonne. Renovated in 2015, this property can accommodate up to 13 people and features air conditioning and walk-in showers. Bronze sculptures adorn the mature gardens.

The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and separate dining and living rooms. The indoor and outdoor tables can seat up to 16 guests for your meals.

The enclosed estate is accessible via a secure code-operated gate and offers parking for ten vehicles. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool shaded by mature trees, a barbecue area, a laundry room, a pétanque court, and children's facilities.

Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the house. Explore the nearby vineyards and the Aude River, with views of the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire. The modern city center, the Canal du Midi, and the train station are just across the river. The coast, the Pyrenean ski resorts, and the Cathar castles are 45 minutes away.
